The modern dectatorship regimes manipulate the national courts systems and Enforcement Departmentsof the other countries by spreading its punitive corrupt system throughout INTERPOL.

The scheme is a pretty simple. The totalitarian regimes use INTERPOL's presumption of trust and reliability toward documents each member country may provide to INTERPOL. By INTERPOL's procedures, the member country should only provide a national arrest warrant to issue an Interpol Red Notice, making the person wanted all over the world.

Dictatorship regimes came up with the idea that they can request the INTERPOL not only for real criminals, but also people who somehow inconvenient by their political opinion to the official propaganda or, who dare to refuse to pay bribe. In other words they abuse INTERPOL.

Using their national Court system depending on local enforcement departments completely, officials of the dictatorships regimes easily can obtain a Warrant for Arrest for any individuals even if it bases on falsified charges. Then, they provide INTERPOL with the national Warrant for Arrest and that’s it.

By that, a false Warrant for Arrest issued in totalitarian regimes turns into serious international request for provisional arrest which is respected by all enforcement departments all over the world. Thus, INTERPOL Facts has become an international hub for spreading the Russian corrupt system to the United States and other countries.

Surprisingly, the many of the west countries including the United States willingly accepted the role of puppets in the hands of totalitarian corrupted regimes and admits requests from dictatorship government as the most reliable and probative document, even though it undermines their own procedures, reasonableness of judicial systems, and human rights of people who asked the west countries to protect them from such a highest level of persecution.

That’s how nowadays the laundering of corruption and INTERPOL abuse works.
